The first, and most important goal, is Average Percent Correct.  If a student is averaging 90% or higher, this shows they are understanding what they've read.
	The second goal is Book Level.  This is especially important with our younger, and emerging readers.  Once a student is a mature reader, and capable of reading longer and longer books, the emphasis is taken off of the book level.
	The third goal, is Points.  Points measure how much time is spent reading.  At Pettus, we don't compete to earn lots of points--it is our own individual point goal that matters.
